Then we get into finishes and fixtures, the types of trim, stone, flooring, windows, doors, appliances, landscaping, etc. Once we have a good picture of where we’re going, we build a detailed budget for you and fine tune where needed. It’s now time to get excited, we’re about to set your dream in motion!

Now that we know where we’re going, it’s time to share our plans with others. We’ll take care of all the plan submissions required for zoning, utility, and building officials to get our project approved. We’ll work directly with your lender to submit the project budget and create a draw schedule. We’ll establish our construction timeline, identify all subcontractor & vendors, and begin ordering long lead items upon receipt of permit approvals. Throughout plan submission, you’ll be regularly updated until we receive our building permit and the exciting milestone that let’s us break ground on your new home!

Let’s do this! You’ll be onsite with us to turn the first shovel of soil and commence your project. Work happens fast at this stage. Before you know it, the foundation is poured and your house is framed for you to walk inside! At the conclusion of framing, you’ll be able to tour with us to see and feel the spaces come to life. This is when we can make small modifications to rooms/walls that you would like to see. As we roll into roofing, windows, siding, rough-end utilities, and drywall- we’re giving you regular updates confirming budgets and timelines. As we approach paint and installing fixtures you’ll be able to confirm your selections and make any desired changes/upgrades. Throughout the building process, you’ll feel part of the team seeing your dream come to life and you’ll have full transparency over the budget and build timeline- because that’s what we would want if we were you! Your house is built and final approved, time to get some keys! Stoked!

How exciting, your home is done and your dream is ready to be lived! Once your home is done, we’ll take you on an extensive tour to introduce you to all your systems, appliances, and fixtures. We do this to ensure operation performance and allow you to inspect the quality we’ve achieved for you. If there’s any paint touch-up, or equipment issues, we make notes and get things addressed right away! Rest assured, if anything comes up down the road you have an industry leading warranty to ensure your home performs just as you need it to for many years to come.
