The company's owner, Douglas McCosh established Dovetail Custom Homes, LLC in February of 2000. Doug's longtime passion for architectural design and construction processes coupled with his interests in smart home technology lead to the establishment of the business. Doug's experience dates back to 1981 with formal education in Building Construction Technology and Drafting Technology college programs. Since that time he has obtained degrees in Applied Computer Technology and a BS in Computer Science. Doug brings with him over 20 years of hands-on experience and a broad understanding of residential construction products and building techniques.
